Still playing, still competing
Where it comes from
Volleyball isn't something Coach Addie picked up later — it's the house she grew up in. That's what makes her lessons land: she coaches from a lifetime inside the sport, and she's still living it today.
She grew up with a family full of volleyball players — courtside birthdays, weekend tournaments and a household where the game was always on. That's where her feel for the court came from.
Teaching this game runs in the same blood. Her family has coached it for generations, passing down the drills, the standards and the way of reading a player that she now brings to every lesson.
Addie played professionally and is still actively playing today. She isn't coaching from notes she took years ago — she's teaching what works right now, from the court she's still on.
Train smarter. Play bigger.
Team practice splits a coach's attention across a whole roster. Private lessons put every rep, every correction and every minute on your player — that's what training smarter, and playing bigger, actually looks like week to week.
01
Footwork, passing platforms, arm swing and serving get broken down and rebuilt with focused, high-repetition drills, so good habits stick and bad ones get fixed early.
02
One-on-one attention means players can make mistakes, ask questions and see their own progress each week. That belief carries into tryouts, matches and big moments.
03
Game-like scenarios teach players to read hitters, anticipate the play and talk on the court, so they react faster and make smarter decisions under pressure.
For volleyball parents
Not hoping to make the team — expecting to. That's what happens when every rep, every correction and every minute is focused on your player instead of split across a 12-person roster.

High-rep, one-on-one drills rebuild platform angle and approach timing. Passes start landing on target.
Live-ball reads and pressure reps. Your player stops hesitating and starts calling the ball.
Stronger serve, smarter shot choice and court awareness that coaches notice when rosters are set.
